Rescheduling
If you're an expert and need to move a meeting, open the meeting and request a reschedule. You propose one or more new times, and the customer can pick a slot, suggest a different time, or decline. The original time stays booked until a new time is agreed, and reschedule requests expire if they aren't answered in time, so propose new times promptly.

Cancelling a request that hasn't been accepted yet
While a request is still pending, the expert can decline it from the meeting. When a request is declined, the customer is not charged for it.

Cancelling a meeting that's already been accepted
Accepted meetings can't be cancelled from your account. If you need to cancel one, contact us using the messenger on this page and we'll take care of it. Refunds for already-accepted meetings are reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis.
