After the call, you can mark the meeting as completed from the meeting details page.
If neither side marks it, Tinrate completes the meeting automatically a short time after its scheduled end, so the meeting is always finalised even if you forget.
When a meeting is completed, the payment is captured and your earnings move into your pending balance. See "What's the difference between available and pending balance?" for what happens next.
